Born from Zimbabwean roots and inspired by the experiences, culture and everyday realities that shape us, House of Aura was created for anyone open to absorbing our culture across the diaspora ,anyone who can relate and carries a piece of home wherever they go. From teenagers discovering their identity to those who have spent decades away, our clothing is made to represent where we come from and the story we continue to carry.
We take inspiration from the highs, the struggles and the humour that make Zimbabwe uniquely Zimbabwean. The challenges we face back home, the resilience they create, and the creativity of our people all find their way into our designs. And then there’s our language — our slang is constantly evolving, with new words and phrases appearing to describe almost anything life throws at us. That creativity is part of our culture, and we want our clothing to reflect it.
